Powerica has an in-house facility to test the performance of each DG set at all its factories. Every DG set is tested at partial load, full load and 10% overload prior to dispatch.

The test facility available is for all ratings of DG sets from 7.5 kVA to 2750 kVA and for Low Tension (415 kV), High Tension (3.3 kV / 6.6 kV / 11 kV)

The test data is captured and archived for comparison in case of any performance related issues later at site.

The testing facility is PLC based and the entire testing schedule is programmable with step loading and block loading options.

Cooling system arrangements are available for testing DG sets with radiators, heat exchangers or no cool with remote radiators. The snapshot of the test result is stored at our works for access and comparison for future reference.
